Alisa Penttila joined WE Trust in 2018 as an Associate and was promoted to Director of Attorney-in-Fact in November, 2025. In this role, she leads a team dedicated to ensuring clients receive the highest level of care, attention, and advocacy in the administration of their personal and financial affairs.

Before joining WE Trust, Alisa built her career in educational publishing, where she honed her skills in project management, communication, and collaboration across diverse teams. Those experiences helped shape her disciplined, detail-oriented style and her appreciation for clear processes and teamwork.

A Bellevue native, Alisa earned her bachelor’s degree from Pomona College, where she developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and a lifelong curiosity about people and the world around her.

Alisa values collaboration and the opportunity to learn from different perspectives, believing that strong partnerships lead to the best outcomes for clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, she enjoys attending baseball games, traveling to new destinations, and cooking with family and friends.
