Valeria joined the WE Trust team in November 2025, bringing a diverse background in customer service, banking, and technical support. Prior to joining WE Trust, she worked as a bank teller at U.S. Bank and as a Customer Service Representative at Tesla, where she developed strong communication skills and a client-focused approach. She also completed the Year Up software development program and interned at Redfin as a Technical Support Specialist, gaining valuable experience in problem-solving, organization, and technical support.

Her varied professional experience allows her to approach her work with patience, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Valeria enjoys Pilates, running, and spending time outdoors exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
